Preparing documents for mailing
The documents for mailing sometimes take a while to issue, so please prepare them as far in advance of submitting your application as possible.

*The documents for mailing differ depending on the entrance examination classification.
For details, please refer to the text of the application guidelines or the text of the e-mail that you will receive after you submit your application.
Please select the relevant examination from the “registered 試験日 list” and click on the “payment procedures” button. Then, after checking the content, please carry out the procedures within a week from the day of your application submission. (If the day of your application submission is less than one week before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application, please pay on or before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application.) If you have submitted an application for an examination for which the 受験料 shown is “0 yen,” you do not need to carry out payment procedures. From “Step 3,” please proceed directly to “Step 5.”
*Cardholder of the card being used to pay does not have to be the person taking the examination.
Select “customers who have a number.”
Input the payment number (six digits).
Input the “telephone number” that you registered when you submitted your application.
Check the payment details.
An application ticket (receipt slip) will be issued. Please take this to the register and pay 受験料 in cash. *Please make the payment at the register within 30 minutes from the time that the application ticket (receipt slip) has been issued.
Make sure to receive a “receipt with statement of transaction details.”
Select “convenience store payment.”
Select “make a payment.”
Select “go to number input screen.”
Input your customer number.
Input your confirmation number.
Check the payment details.
An application ticket (receipt slip) will be issued. Please take this to the register and pay 受験料 in cash. *Please make the payment at the register within 30 minutes from the time that the application ticket (receipt slip) has been issued.

At the register, say that you would like to make an “online payment.”

Select “taxes and fees (Pay-easy).”
For “receiving organization number,” input “58082.”
Input your customer number and confirmation number.
Please select a payment method (cash or cash card), and pay 受験料.
Please check what your documents for mailing are via the application registration completion screen or the e-mail that is sent to you at the time of application submission completion, enclose the documents in an envelope, and mail these to the school by ●●● from a post office counter during the time period for application submission. (These must arrive at the school before the end of the time period for application submission.)
Your application submission will be completed once you have finished registering, paid your 受験料, and mailed your documents for mailing.
The Online Application System can be used any time of day or night.
Nevertheless, the payment of 受験料 and mailing of documents for mailing needs to be finished within one week from the day of your application submission. (If the day of your application submission is less than one week before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application, please pay on or before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application.) (If your 受験料 is “0 yen,” only the mailing of documents for mailing is needed.) Please carry out your application submission as early as possible in order to ensure that you have plenty of time.
After application registration has been received from the school, an examination admission number will be shown on the registered 試験日 list that is displayed on the top page after logging in.
Clicking on the examination admission number will display your examination admission ticket. Please make sure to print out this ticket on the day before your 試験日 or earlier and keep it in a safe place. (If you will not need to visit the school because your entrance examination only involves a document screening or for some other reason, it will not be necessary to print out an examination admission ticket.)
On the day of your examination, please make sure to take the examination admission ticket that you have printed out along with you.
On the day of the announcing of results, whether you have passed or failed will be shown on the registered 試験日 list that is displayed on the top page after logging in.
If you have passed, 合格通知書及び入学に必要な書類 will be sent to you separately.
