The documents for mailing sometimes take a while to issue, so please prepare them as far in advance of submitting your application as possible.

For details, please refer to the text of the application guidelines or the text of the e-mail that you will receive after you submit your application.
Please select the relevant examination from the “registered 検定日 list” and click on the “payment procedures” button. Then, after checking the content, please carry out the procedures within a week from the day of your application submission. (If the day of your application submission is less than one week before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application, please pay on or before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application.) If you have submitted an application for an examination for which the 検定料 shown is “0 yen,” you do not need to carry out payment procedures. From “Step 3,” please proceed directly to “Step 5.”
Please check what your documents for mailing are via the application registration completion screen or the e-mail that is sent to you at the time of application submission completion, enclose the documents in an envelope, and mail these to the school by 簡易書留もしくは速達 from a post office counter during the time period for application submission. (These must arrive at the school before the end of the time period for application submission.)
Your application submission will be completed once you have finished registering, paid your 検定料, and mailed your documents for mailing.
The Online Application System can be used any time of day or night.
Nevertheless, the payment of 検定料 and mailing of documents for mailing needs to be finished within one week from the day of your application submission. (If the day of your application submission is less than one week before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application, please pay on or before the date of the deadline for submitting the relevant application.) (If your 検定料 is “0 yen,” only the mailing of documents for mailing is needed.) Please carry out your application submission as early as possible in order to ensure that you have plenty of time.
After application registration has been received from the school, an examination admission number will be shown on the registered 検定日 list that is displayed on the top page after logging in.
Clicking on the examination admission number will display your examination admission ticket. Please make sure to print out this ticket on the day before your 検定日 or earlier and keep it in a safe place. (If you will not need to visit the school because your entrance examination only involves a document screening or for some other reason, it will not be necessary to print out an examination admission ticket.)
On the day of your examination, please make sure to take the examination admission ticket that you have printed out along with you.
On the day of the announcing of results, whether you have passed or failed will be shown on the registered 検定日 list that is displayed on the top page after logging in.
If you have passed, 合格通知書及び入学に必要な書類 will be sent to you separately.
